Role: IT Support Engineer (1st Line) Location: Office Based with Site Visits (hybrid once embedded in company)

This company are looking for a personable and motivated Junior/1st Line IT Support Engineer to join its service delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys customer interaction, problem solving, and hands-on technical work.
You’ll be joining a collaborative support team, working alongside experienced senior engineers in a fast-paced environment.
This is a varied first-line support position combining service desk responsibilities with occasional on-site support visits.
Handling and prioritising support tickets. Providing first-line technical support to end users. Supporting Microsoft 365 environments. Troubleshooting basic networking and hardware issues. Assisting with device setup, repairs, and on-site installations. Delivering excellent customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Supporting customers both remotely and on-site.
Basic Microsoft 365 administration/support experience. Understanding of IT hardware and networking fundamentals. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
