Manage project costs and commercial reporting Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts Work closely with the Commercial Manager throughout project lifecycles Assist in delivering strong commercial outcomes across multiple projects Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying~Experience working with a building contractor~ Background across commercial, residential or healthcare projects~ Strong Excel, communication and organisational skills~ Full UK/ROI driving licence and willingness to travel across NI/ROI projects
