Reporting into the Head of Technical, the Quality Manager will play a key role in driving quality standards across the manufacturing operation while leading and developing the quality team. Leading and motivating the quality team to ensure high standards are consistently achieved. Driving a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the site. Ensuring compliance with customer, legal and BRCGS requirements. Investigating quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Monitoring site performance against quality KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting training and development activities to improve site-wide quality awareness.
Previous experience within a quality leadership role in food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems and BRCGS standards. Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
