Were looking for a proactive and customer focused Third Party Management Officers to join our Neighbourhoods team at PA Housing. This is an exciting opportunity to support the management of third party contracts and partnerships across our homeownership schemes in London, South East and the Midlands, helping ensure residents receive high quality services and well managed communities.

Youll work closely with managing agents, contractors, residents, and internal teams to oversee agreements, monitor service standards, and help resolve issues quickly and effectively. What youll be doing

  • Support the management of third party agreements and contracts across PA Housing schemes
  • Work closely with managing agents, superior landlords, contractors, and consortiums to ensure services are delivered effectively
  • Review service charge demands, accounts, and formal notices, identifying concerns and escalating issues where needed
  • Support compliance with legal requirements and PA Housing standards across buildings and estates managed by third parties
  • Build strong relationships with residents, homeowners, Resident Associations, and internal stakeholders
  • Help investigate and resolve disputes or service concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor contractor and managing agent performance against agreed standards and KPIs
  • Support the delivery of leasehold and property management services for homeowners
  • Coordinate and support contracts relating to grounds maintenance, cleaning, tree management, pest control, and other estate services
  • Respond to Stage 1 complaints within agreed timescales, ensuring clear communication and positive customer outcomes
  • Support safeguarding and ensure concerns are escalated appropriately
  • Help organise and support community engagement and neighbourhood events
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to help services run more efficiently and effectively

  • Have experience working with contracts, property management, leasehold services, or housing services
  • Understand leases, service level agreements, and contract management processes
  • Are confident working with contractors, managing agents, and external stakeholders
  • Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Are organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Can confidently investigate issues and help resolve disputes professionally
  • Have strong customer service skills and enjoy working closely with residents
  • Understand performance monitoring and key performance indicators
  • Have good attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records
  • Bring a proactive, positive, and solutions focused approach to work
  • Are passionate about improving services and delivering excellent resident experiences
