The Rol

eWe’re looking for a Retention Manager to own execution across CRM and lifecycle marketing

.This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role focused on increasing repeat revenue, customer lifetime value, and customer retention through strategic execution across email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing

.This role is not simply about sending campaigns. It’s about building a retention engine that compounds over time — creating systems, journeys, and customer experiences that consistently bring customers back

.You’ll work closely with the CRM Strategy Lead, Design Team, and wider Marketing function to execute campaigns, optimise customer journeys, and continuously improve performance through testing and data-driven decision making
