Job Description

The Senior Account Manager sits at the heart of our client team – the team who receives a client

brief, brings it into focus and guides it all the way through to real-world impact and post-campaign

proof.

You’ll become a trusted partner to our clients, turning ambitions and objectives into bold,

commercially smart experiences that live and breathe in the real world. You’ll work closely with our

creative and production teams to make sure every project lands on time, on budget and feeling

exactly right.

We’re looking for a confident communicator, a brilliant organiser and someone who feels

comfortable navigating a fast-moving agency environment. You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish, support and mentor junior team members, and help grow the relationships we build with our clients.

Experience

  • 4–6+ years in experiential, events, integrated, or creative agency roles – ideally someone who’s been in the thick of client partnerships that really grew
  • Proven experience not just managing clients, but deepening relationships, spotting opportunities and confidently presenting ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping an eye on the bigger picture: growth, impact, and strategic opportunities
  • Strong commercial sense and the ability to turn creative ambitions into campaigns that deliver results for both clients and SWAMP
  • Comfortable guiding teams and clients alike through ideas, timelines, and decisions

Skills

  • Leads complex campaigns with clarity and purpose
  • Strong commercial sense: budgets, margins, and growth opportunities
  • Confident communicator who inspires teams and reassures clients
  • Turns strategy into actionable, results-driven plans
  • Calm problem-solver who sees opportunities in challenges
  • Balances attention to detail with the bigger picture
  • Encourages collaboration, curiosity, and creative growth
