A well-established Global Lloyd’s Broker is now seeking an experienced Client Services professional to join their dynamic team, focused on providing broker support, premium and claims processing duties, to assist the team with supporting Delegated Authority and Reinsurance accounts within the Marine sector.

This is an exciting time to join a market-leading Lloyd’s Broker of Choice, and suits individuals from a Technical Binder background with experience in handling Marine Insurance or Reinsurance business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage processing activities across marine binder accounts, including bordereaux, declarations, claims, and accounting transactions.
  • Handle technical queries from clients and markets, ensuring timely resolution and accurate processing.
  • Reviewing both new and existing binders
  • Premium & Claims bordereaux processing to bureau and non bureau
  • Support claims handling and maintain strong service standards across client and underwriter relationships.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of query handling with Velonetic, including investigation and resolution.
  • Work closely with brokers to assist with account servicing, renewals, sign-downs, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide servicing of clients accounts and assist with the retention of business
  • Attending client and reinsurer meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with market and bureau processes.
  • Build strong working relationships internally and externally while supporting business retention and service delivery.
  • Use electronic systems and market platforms throughout the full account lifecycle.

Experience Required

  • Strong understanding of Lloyd’s and/or Company Market reinsurance processes.
  • Experience handling delegated authority or binder business within a technical support environment.
  • Knowledge of bureau processing, accounting workflows, and market systems.
  • Ability to manage workloads independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
