We’re hiring a Head of US Recruitment to build and scale DNA’s presence across the US market.
This is a commercially focused role built around market ownership, business development, and revenue generation. The opportunity is to establish and grow a specialist US desk, leveraging existing relationships while building new partnerships and developing a strong market presence over time.
The focus is on driving revenue through high-value, consultative recruitment across agency, events, creative, marketing and adjacent sectors in the US. This isn’t a role built around maintaining existing business alone. It’s for someone who enjoys building markets, opening doors, developing long-term client relationships, and creating meaningful commercial growth.
You’ll be leveraging an existing base of client relationships to expand DNA’s US offering, introducing specialist recruitment capability into accounts while actively building new partnerships and developing a strong personal market presence.
The role centres around:
• Building a strong, specialist market presence and network across the US
• Driving business development activity and building long-term client partnerships
• Winning and developing high-value accounts through consultative, relationship-led recruitment
• Delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment processes with a commercial mindset
• Growing a sustainable, high-performing desk with strong billing potential
DNA operates as a fully remote business, built around autonomy, trust, and accountability. Experienced recruiters are trusted to run their market, with clear structure and expectations around performance.
The platform is designed to support proper market growth. That includes access to an established client base, a strong tech stack, and opportunities to build meaningful relationships in the right commercial environments.
Leadership still bill and remain active in the market, so support is grounded in real, current experience rather than theory. As the desk grows, there is access to candidate resourcing support and infrastructure designed to keep your focus on higher-value, revenue-generating activity.
The commercial model is strong. Consultants take home up to 40% of what they bill, alongside a competitive base and incentives, creating significant earning potential for someone capable of building a high-revenue market.
