Civil Engineer

g2 are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support the civil design and infrastructure of rail depots (train stabling and maintenance facilities) on Network Rail projects- the role is centred around someone who has ability and experience in infrastructure design on AutoCAD Civils 3D software and InfoDrainage.

Location: Leeds (Hybrid role with home working and weekly attendance in the office preferred)

Contract Length: 4 months plus extension

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Autocad and relevant softwares.
• Sound knowledge in Civil Engineering design including highways, levels, drainage and external works such as utilities, paved and unpaved surfaces, earthworks, and access and accessibility.
• Background in traditional civil works: piled foundations, concrete, and appreciation of superstructure
• Rail infrastructure experience essential
