Position Overview:
We are seeking a team player who thrives on taking responsibility. As an internal account manager, you will be the primary day-to-day contact for your assigned customers, building strong and trusted relationships. This will entail overseeing end-to-end coordination of customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries by working with internal teams and external partners. You will maintain awareness of account performance, including sales and margins, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across processes and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Customer management and service delivery
- Operational coordination and order management
- Commercial performance and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder communication and collaboration
- Maintenance of orders, pricing, invoicing and inventory data accuracy and integrity across key systems
Qualifications:
- Experience in account management, customer service or operational coordination in a commercial environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (LI currently uses Oracle E1 and PowerBI)
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of service delivery within a supply chain or distribution setting
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
From a location perspective, this is a hybrid role. Our UK office is in Reigate, but much of your work can be carried out from a home base, depending on your preferences.
