Teague Chokes is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven International Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our retail and distributor network across key global markets.
Trusted by leading gunmakers and sportsmen, Teague is known for precision engineering, premium quality, and world-renowned performance.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will take ownership of the full international sales cycle, from identifying target markets and securing new stockists to negotiating commercial agreements and supporting long-term account success.
You will represent the business at key trade events, build lasting distributor and retailer relationships, and provide valuable market insight to support strategic decision-making across the company.
· Identify, target, and secure new premium retail and distributor accounts across international markets.
· Build and manage a strong pipeline of international opportunities to deliver sustainable sales growth.
· Negotiate commercial agreements and opening orders in line with business objectives.
· Support new and existing accounts with product knowledge, commercial guidance, and brand representation.
· Represent Teague Chokes at international trade shows, game fairs, and industry events.
· Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and market developments to inform strategy.
· Prepare forecasts and regular sales updates to support wider business planning.
The Person
We are looking for a confident and credible sales professional with experience in the firearms, ammunition, country sports, or premium outdoor retail sectors.
You will have a strong track record in B2B sales or account management, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate independently in a commercially focused role.
An understanding of shooting sports and the credibility to engage with dealers, gunsmiths, and enthusiasts will be highly valued.
Fluency in English is essential, and additional European languages would be an advantage.
What we offer
Base Salary between £40,000-£50,000.
Uncapped commission structure.
