Sales Consultant
We are looking for an energetic, confident and personable Sales Representative to join our team in Westfield White City.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, thrives in a busy environment, and knows how to turn casual interactions into meaningful conversations and sales opportunities.
You’ll be the face of the brand — engaging passers-by, creating interest, and making customers feel welcomed, comfortable and excited to learn more about what we offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with shoppers and attract attention in a friendly, natural and confident manner
- Start conversations with passers-by and build rapport quickly
- Understand customer needs and communicate the benefits of our offering clearly
- Convert conversations into qualified leads and sales opportunities
- Maintain a positive, professional and high-energy presence throughout the day
- Keep the kiosk clean, organised and visually appealing
- Work towards individual and team sales targets

For this role, you don’t need to have a background in luxury, despite the products and services we offer being at an elevated price point – this role will offer you a first step into the Luxury industry, with the possibility of growth and progression in a company that is changing the landscape in their sector.
