The role operates on a flexible hybrid policy, with the office being in East London.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire bid lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to submitting final proposals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information, clarify requirements, and craft compelling responses.
- Ensure all bids are compliant, accurate, and submitted by deadlines.
- Maintain bid libraries, templates, and supporting materials to support consistency and quality.
- Assist with pipeline tracking, bid planning, and progress reporting.
- Proofread, format, and quality-check content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of bid processes, tools, and best practices.
Person Specification
- 1–2 years’ experience in bids, proposals, tendering, or a similar role.
- If you don’t have bids experience, but have experience in busy roles such as content coordination, project management, managing workflows at a communications agency, or supporting sales functions who work on complex sales in to the public sector then it could still be worth applying.
- Strong writing, editing, and document production skills.
- Able to interpret tender requirements and coordinate responses accordingly.
- Ability to interact effectively with a range of senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experienced in working within tight deadlines in fast-paced settings.
