We’re hiring for a newly created EA / Coordinator role at one of the world’s leading alternative investment firms, joining their high performing team in the City.
This isn’t a traditional heavy-diary EA role. It’s a broad, varied coordination position supporting a team alongside a Senior EA. It’s fast-paced and genuinely interesting day to day and the chance to work in a world-class environment.
This role is based full time in the office
What you’ll be doing:
- Scheduling and calendar support across the team
- New hire onboarding coordination and logistics
- Expense processing
- Offsite and event planning
- Day to day office and floor management, including seating logistics
- Ad hoc travel and last minute requests
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an EA, coordinator or administrative support role
- Adaptable and proactive – comfortable supporting a team across a wide remit
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- An interest in financial services is a plus
