Role Description
This is a contract Sales Assistant role based on-site at the prestigious Fortnum & Mason beauty hall in London, United Kingdom. The Sales Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in selecting delilah products, and demonstrate product usage. Additional tasks include maintaining the presentation of the sales area, replenishing stock, managing daily sales transactions, and building strong customer relationships to enhance the in-store shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to deliver an exceptional and welcoming shopping experience
- Proficiency in Sales and Communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and upsell where applicable
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage stock, maintain displays, and ensure smooth operations
- Passion for beauty products and an understanding of vegan and cruelty-free principles
- Flexibility to work on a contract basis and availability to work during retail hours, including weekends
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
