Job Title: Director of Sales

Location: London | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office Based)

This is an initial 12-month FTC and they’re ideally looking for someone who can start ASAP. Those between roles / immediately available will be prioritised.

This is not a traditional SaaS/new business sales leadership role. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience operating within consumer retail, ecommerce, wholesale, marketplace or omnichannel product-led businesses, ideally with exposure to retailer partnerships, trading calendars, Amazon/eTail or third-party retail distribution channels.

We are working with a market-leading consumer brand seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead the transformation and growth of its third-party commercial channels. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity within a fast-paced, digitally led environment where you’ll take ownership of commercial performance across retail, e-commerce and B2B partnerships. With strong backing, ambitious growth plans and significant untapped opportunity, this role offers the chance to make a measurable impact from day one while shaping long-term commercial success across multiple revenue streams.

The Director of Sales will lead the turnaround and future growth strategy for third-party sales channels, driving commercial performance, strengthening partnerships and improving profitability across retail and digital platforms.

Role Highlights

You Will Need

– Strong senior-level experience within retail, marketplace or e-commerce environments

– Proven success managing large commercial accounts and revenue channels

– Experience leading teams through growth, change or performance turnaround

– Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing margin and trading decisions

– Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results at pace
