Job Description:

Do you thrive in fast-moving international supply chain environments?

Experienced managing export documentation, international customer orders, and operational coordination across multiple markets?

Want to play a key role behind the scenes of one of the world’s most recognisable FMCG brands?

We’re looking for a Customer Supply Chain Manager – EMEA to join Monster Energy’s Operations team. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance customer expectations with real-world supply chain realities.

If you have experience across export operations, international customer management, SAP order processing, and cross-functional supply chain coordination, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing global business operating at serious scale across EMEA.

You’ll work closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Commercial, Manufacturing, and external customers to ensure smooth operational execution, proactive communication, and strong service performance.

The role would suit somebody from a fast-moving FMCG, food ingredients, food manufacturing, beverage, or international supply chain environment who enjoys working cross-functionally and taking ownership within a dynamic operational business.
