Customer Service Representative

Salary: £31,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Location: Office-based (4 days onsite required) non-negotiable

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, standard office hours

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, structured environment within financial services. This role is focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience while handling queries efficiently and professionally.

A background in financial services is beneficial, but not essential. Candidates with strong transferable customer service skills and the ability to adapt will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries across multiple channels
  • Providing clear, accurate, and timely information
  • Resolving issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Working within established processes and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery

  • Strong customer service experience in a client-facing or support role
  • Confident communicator with clear and professional approach
  • Able to problem-solve and manage customer queries effectively
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly
  • Reliable, consistent, and committed in approach to work
