The Role:
- Lead and manage a Residential Property team in Manchester
- Oversee and grow an established caseload and client portfolio
- Advise on a full range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Act for high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developer clients
- Drive business development and build strong referrer relationships (agents, brokers, and developers)
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, performance, and expansion
The Candidate:
- Senior Residential Property Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
- Strong technical expertise across residential conveyancing
- Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Commercially astute with strong client relationship and networking skills
- Well-connected in the Manchester property market with established referrer links
