Expectations:
- Be credible and confident to build relationships with existing and new clients, both on the phone and through face-to-face meetings.
- Owning, managing, and growing your desk as your own business, whether this be an existing desk or one built from the ground up.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development through to candidate placement and post-placement care.
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities and tracking projects.
- The ability to understand your market and provide an industry-leading service to your clients – maintaining revenue and upholding relationships.
- Being accountable and consistent, meeting weekly non-negotiable expectations and being able to report on your own performance.
- Have a strategic and commercial mindset, aligning your own goals with those of the business.
