WELL Certification Consultant (WELL AP)
Remote, with some travel to meetings (primarily in London). Nationwide co-working membership at SPACES included.

Job Description Summary
Joining the Ekkist Advisory team, your role will include leading clients through Certifications and advisory services relating to health and well-being, including WELL Building Standard Certification, ESG strategies, development frameworks, design guides, market research and project documentation, as well as pitching to clients and speaking at and attending industry events. Experience with WELL Certification is a mandatory requirement.

Core Role Responsibilities:
· To lead client WELL Certification projects across a range of sectors and project types
· Support with pitching for and winning new business
· To work on company collaborations and thought leadership initiatives
· To occasionally write content for the Ekkist website, newsletters and social media
Skills and Qualifications:
· WELL AP with at least 2 years experience of taking projects from start to finish of certification independently
· Professional training and formal qualifications in Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
· Active interest in the built environment and/or health and well-being
· Proficiency in all Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Clear, professional and engaging writing and communication style
· Excellent interpersonal skills
Salary and benefits
· £40,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
· 25 days annual leave + 2 week Christmas office closure
· 4.5 day working week (office closure 12:30pm on Fridays)
