As a Gateperson, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining site security and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries, helping to create a safe and welcoming environment whilst upholding health and safety standards across the site.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Gateperson, you’ll be working within the team, supporting them in maintaining site security and safety compliance.

Your day to day will include:

• Managing and controlling access to the site, logging all visitors, deliveries, and subcontractors
• Checking identification, induction status, and PPE compliance before allowing entry
• Directing vehicle movements safely in and around the site
• Maintaining accurate records of site access, deliveries, and vehicle movements
• Enforcing site health, safety, and security procedures at all times

What are we looking for?

This role of Gateperson is great for you if:

• You have previous experience working on a construction site or in a secure/site-control role
• You have good awareness of construction site health and safety requirements
• You possess strong communication skills and a professional manner
• You have the ability to remain alert and focused for prolonged periods
