A fast-growing, well-backed specialist lender is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager as it continues to scale across the UK bridging finance market.

The business is well structured internally, with strong credit support and a fast decision-making process — allowing BDMs to focus on what they do best: building relationships and winning business.
The role will involve:
- Developing and managing strong relationships with broker partners
- Driving new bridging finance origination across your network and region
- Managing deals from initial enquiry through to completion
- Working closely with credit and underwriting teams to progress applications
- Expanding the lender’s presence within the intermediary market
