Senior Manager, Quality Operations

Planet Pharma is hiring a Senior Manager, Quality Operations to oversee a network of EU/RoW Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and ensure the compliant manufacture, release, and supply of medicinal products.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead quality oversight of CMOs across EU/RoW
• Manage audits, investigations, deviations, and CAPAs
• Drive performance improvement through data analysis and KPI tracking
• Support QMS development and regulatory compliance (EU GMP / ICH)
• Act as a key quality partner across cross-functional teams

What we’re looking for:

• Strong EU GMP knowledge (sterile/radiopharma experience preferred)
• Proven experience managing CMOs and supplier quality
• GxP audit experience and regulatory inspection readiness
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel (~30%)
