Global Process Owner – Field Operations
South Manchester (3 days onsite )
£90,000 – £100,000 + package
My client, a large-scale PE-backed services organisation, is undergoing significant operational transformation and is looking for someone to take ownership of complex field service journeys across a large, multi-service environment.
This role focuses on improving how operational services are delivered in the field across activities such as audits, compliance visits, advisory services and customer-facing operational teams.
This is not a traditional project management role.
The successful person will own operational journeys end-to-end, remove bottlenecks, improve service performance and drive standardisation across fragmented processes.

You will typically have experience:
• owning operational processes end-to-end
• improving service performance and operational KPIs
• driving operational change within complex organisations
• leading cross-functional operational improvements
• simplifying fragmented operational workflows
• improving adoption across operational teams
Experience with CRM, workflow systems or enterprise platforms is beneficial but operational ownership is more important.
Hybrid working with 3 days per week onsite in south Manchester.
