A growing healthcare education organisation is looking to appoint a Medical Education Programme Manager to support the delivery of live and on-demand educational programmes within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience delivering programmes within a commercial healthcare, medical education or healthcare communications environment who enjoys managing multiple stakeholders, timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
The organisation is particularly interested in someone who combines strong coordination and delivery skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate effectively within a high-volume environment.
The opportunity
You’ll play a central role in the delivery of medical education programmes across both virtual and enduring formats, helping coordinate timelines, faculty communications, platform delivery and wider operational activity.
The role will involve close collaboration with medical, operational and technical teams, ensuring programmes are delivered accurately, efficiently and with strong attention to detail.
Alongside programme delivery, you’ll also support the adaptation of live content into on-demand educational formats and contribute to the ongoing improvement of operational processes and learner experience.
What they’re looking for
- Experience delivering programmes within a medical education agency, healthcare communications agency, healthcare events business or other commercial healthcare environment
- Experience working directly with healthcare professionals, faculty members or external stakeholders within a commercial environment
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills
- Confidence managing multiple concurrent projects and timelines
- Experience working with stakeholders, faculty or external contributors
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality within fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva or project management platforms
- Someone proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
