£170,000 – £200,000 Base + Bonus, Car Allowance, Pension

We’re partnering with a top-tier change and transformation consultancy recognised for delivering large-scale, outcome-led programmes across complex global environments.

They are now seeking a senior Consulting Leader to own and grow a flagship Life Sciences portfolio, taking full responsibility for strategic client relationships, revenue growth, and delivery excellence across major Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organisations.

What we’re looking for:

You will likely be:

• A Managing Director / Partner / Senior Director within a consultancy or professional services firm
• Currently leading Life Sciences client accounts with £5m+ annual revenue
• Selling and delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programmes

You must bring:

• Deep Life Sciences domain expertise (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech)
• A strong network across global Life Sciences organisations and senior stakeholders
• Proven revenue growth, account expansion, and commercial ownership experience
• Experience scaling consulting teams and building long-term capability
• A hands-on, outcomes-focused leadership style with P&L accountability

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning and growing a multi-million-pound Life Sciences portfolio
• Acting as the Executive Client Lead across key strategic accounts
• Defining and executing account growth and sector strategy
• Originating, selling, and delivering large, complex transformation programmes
• Leading engagements across change, technology and transformation
• Managing P&L, margin, forecasting, and portfolio performance
• Building, leading, and mentoring high-performing consulting teams
• Enhancing market presence through senior stakeholder engagement and thought leadership
