Location: Sheffield
Salary: £60,000 + company car
Our client is a well-established and growing commercial flooring contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Manager to drive new business growth across council, public sector, and commercial construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused individual with strong industry knowledge and proven experience securing and managing flooring contracts within the public and commercial sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and overseeing projects from initial stages to completion.
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities within:
- Local councils
- Housing associations
- NHS and healthcare sectors
- Schools and education facilities
- Commercial fit-out and construction projects
The above is alongside growing existing relationships and optimising the account base through identification of potential commercial growth/further opportunities
Skills & Requirements:
- Extensive experience within the world of flooring on a commercial level
- Tenacity, ambition and drive for growth and expansion
- A track record of successfully managing a portfolio of accounts and relationships within the flooring industry
