A fast-growing international consumer electronics brand is looking to appoint a Sales Director for the UK to lead its market entry and long-term expansion.
With a strong reputation for high-quality products and continued investment in innovation, the business is experiencing rapid growth across Europe and the UK is a key market for this — and this role will play a pivotal leadership role from day one.
The Role
As Sales Director, you will have full responsibility for developing and executing the UK sales strategy, with a strong focus on national electrical retailers, department stores, DIY chains and e-commerce partners.
You will:
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for UK
- Open and develop relationships with key national retail and e-commerce accounts
- Lead all UK sales activity and represent the brand locally
- Work closely with product development to align innovation with retail and marketplace requirements
- Use marketplaces strategically to support brand visibility and growth
- Manage and grow accounts once the business has been secured
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience developing retail distribution in the UK
- Strong background in small domestic appliances or consumer electronics
- Deep understanding of the UK retail and marketplace landscape
- Commercially minded, hands-on and comfortable with business development
- Natural leader with the ambition to grow into a broader country role

Package
Salary up to £125 000 (negotiable depending on experience) + benefits.
