A highly respected engineering solutions business is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to support continued growth across the energy sector.

This opportunity would suit a commercially driven individual with a strong technical engineering background who is confident developing long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for further business development
• Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to deliver tailored technical solutions
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing commercial support
• Attend customer meetings and site visits as required
• Support business growth across UK and international markets

Requirements

• Technical background in Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, or related engineering discipline
• Degree qualified preferred; however, candidates with strong technical experience and industry training/apprenticeship backgrounds will also be considered
• Previous experience within the energy or Oil & Gas sector
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to understand and discuss technical solutions confidently
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to travel when required, including occasional international travel
