Senior Executive Assistant
Dubai (Relocation Included)
An ambitious, high-growth international recruitment business is looking for a highly organised Senior Executive Assistant to support C-suite and act as their trusted gatekeeper.
Over the past four and a half years, the business has scaled rapidly, delivering 200% year-on-year growth followed by a further 50% growth trajectory this year.
With international expansion underway and a strong footprint across private equity portfolio talent markets, the business is now investing heavily in building a best-in-class support and operations function in Dubai.
The business is looking for someone hands-on, proactive and execution-focused, someone who can bring organisation skills, protect C-suite memebers, and play a genuine role in supporting in the day to day administration.
The Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Proactive management of complex diaries and inboxes
- Scheduling and coordination of meetings often across time zones
- Acting as a filter for priorities and ensuring efficient use of leadership time
- Providing high‑quality administrative support to senior leaders as required
Proactive Business Support
- Proactive approach to working
- Supporting outreach activity, client communications and relationship management
- Preparing and formatting pitch decks, proposals, candidate summaries and briefing documents
- Assisting with internal projects and ad‑hoc initiatives aligned to business priorities
Systems, Tools & AI
- Maintaining data within a CRM system
- Supporting research and insight using external data and intelligence platforms
- Learning and applying AI tools to improve efficiency across: Pitch and proposal creation and Internal documentation and workflows
Events & Culture
- Organising client meetings, lunches and internal events
- Acting as a positive, professional presence in a close‑knit office environment
What They Are Looking For
- Previous EA (C-suite) experience within recruitment or professional services preferred
- A highly proactive and accountable mindset
- Strong execution capability, someone who gets things done
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Commercial thinking and problem-solving ability
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Someone excited by autonomy, ownership and building from the ground up
