This is a role for someone who gets a buzz from a well-placed call – who takes real satisfaction in turning a sceptical “not sure” into a booked meeting, and who wants to build a career in financial services.

We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Leicester, focused on outbound prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Wealth and Employee Benefits Consultants.

Your job isn’t to close deals. It’s to open doors.

What we’re looking for:

  • prior experience in a similar target driven role
  • confidence on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls
  • real motivation to hit targets and genuinely satisfied by booking a quality meeting
  • strong organisation skills and ability to manage a busy pipeline moving simultaneously
  • resilience and positivity – outbound sales has its ups and downs
  • curiosity and a willingness to learn

What you’ll do:

  • make proactive outbound calls and structured email outreach to senior decision-makers
  • use LinkedIn to identify and engage the right contacts
  • qualify opportunities and book first meetings directly into consultant diaries
  • build and work targeted contact lists with structure and consistency
  • craft outreach sequences that get responses and refine them when they don’t
  • follow up on warm leads without letting momentum drop
  • keep CRM records accurate and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks

Experience in outbound sales or business development is a plus – but attitude, energy and coachability matter just as much.
