The successful candidate will be confident working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with the ability to manage transactions efficiently, maintain exceptional standards of accuracy and provide clients with a professional but approachable service.
What we are looking for a solicitor with strong corporate law experience, excellent technical knowledge, a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to handle matters with care from instruction through to completion.
You will be commercially aware, focused under pressure and able to balance legal risk with practical business objectives. Equally important, you will be personable and professional, with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other professionals.
The role will involve advising on a varied corporate and commercial caseload for a diverse client base, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, larger organisations and senior individuals. You should be comfortable taking ownership of files, managing competing priorities and delivering work to a high standard within deadlines.
We are ideally seeking a lawyer with 3 to 5 years’ PQE who is ready to play a visible role within the team and contribute to the continued growth of the Firm.
