The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of the department through high-quality administrative and secretarial support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Handling client correspondence with professionalism
- Preparing legal documents and bundles
- File management and general administrative support
- Liaising with clients and third parties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally within a law firm)
- Strong typing and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience within a specific practice area is welcomed but not essential.
