TikTok Shop Account Manager | Consumer Brand | £45,000 | London (Hybrid)
Ready to own TikTok Shop for one of the most loved consumer brands in the UK? This is a rare chance to take the reins of a fast-growing social commerce channel, hosting lives, scaling affiliates, and driving serious revenue, for a brand with a genuinely passionate audience and the infrastructure to back you up.
This role is for a commercially sharp, camera-confident social commerce specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Host regular TikTok Shop livestreams — scripting, presenting, and optimising for engagement and conversion
- Own day-to-day account management: product listings, storefront optimisation, and promotional calendars
- Lead affiliate programme management and scaling, using dedicated tooling and software
- Execute sales forecasting, budget planning, and channel revenue reporting
- Plan and run paid and organic TikTok campaigns in collaboration with social, PR, and digital marketing teams
- Engage and grow the brand’s TikTok community through comments, live chat, and creator relationships
Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, live commerce, or social commerce channel management
- Confident and natural on camera — presenting, hosting, or on-screen experience is a genuine plus
- Solid commercial grounding: comfortable with forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin awareness
- Strong grasp of TikTok’s algorithm, platform culture, and evolving trends
- Experience working cross-functionally and with external or European stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of performance-based decision-making
