An established and well-respected engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Hemel Hempstead.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative consultancy with a strong reputation across the residential and commercial sectors, delivering a broad range of projects from new build developments to complex refurbishment schemes.
You’ll play a key role in leading projects, liaising directly with clients and architects, and mentoring junior engineers, while working alongside an experienced and supportive technical team.
The role offers exposure to:
• Residential developments
• Commercial buildings
• Refurbishment & cut-and-carve projects
• Steel, concrete, timber & masonry design
• Projects from concept through to completion
The ideal candidate will have:
• 4+ years’ UK structural design experience
• Experience working within a consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge of UK building structures
• Proficiency with industry software
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Chartered status or working towards Chartership
