An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market-leading building products manufacturer seeking to appoint a commercially astute and strategically driven Chief Commercial Officer. Reporting to the Group CEO, this executive leadership role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering the organisation’s short, medium, and long-term commercial strategy, driving sustainable growth, market expansion, and enhanced customer value.
Working closely with Product Marketing and wider leadership teams, the successful candidate will influence product roadmap development and contribute throughout the NPD process, identifying emerging market opportunities, evolving customer needs, and future industry trends across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Leading the commercial vision and go-to-market strategy across specification and sales functions.
• Driving a more data-led approach to sales performance, customer insight, pricing strategy, and market intelligence.

• Strengthening market positioning and competitive advantage through clear value proposition development.
• Leading high-performing teams within a dynamic, customer-focused sales environment.
• Supporting sector segmentation, geographic expansion, and responses to evolving legislation and market change.
