Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim Resourcing Redesign Lead to transform recruitment and workforce resourcing during a period of change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the redesign of recruitment processes, policies and ways of working
- Review and improve recruitment systems and candidate journeys
- Drive agency reduction activity and improve workforce planning
- Support high-volume recruitment and the mobilisation of new services
- Develop internal recruitment capability and embed best practice
- Work closely with senior leaders to deliver sustainable change
About You:
- Strong experience leading recruitment or resourcing transformation
- Experience working within Local Government or a complex organisation
- Experience improving recruitment processes and service delivery
- Knowledge of agency management and workforce planning
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
