Are you confident on the phone, commercially minded, and motivated by earning strong commission?
We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to join a high-performing team focused on converting warm inbound enquiries into revenue.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing business where you’ll work with genuine inbound interest, speak with a high volume of customers daily, and directly influence your own earnings through performance.
The Role
You’ll be speaking with individuals who have already expressed interest, building rapport quickly and guiding conversations towards a commercial outcome.
This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where consistency, communication skills and commercial awareness are key.
Responsibilities include:
• Handling a high volume of warm inbound enquiries
• Building rapport quickly with customers
• Negotiating within agreed pricing structures
• Managing conversations towards a successful outcome
• Maintaining high activity levels throughout the day
This is not cold calling, and it’s not a scripted call-centre role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys sales, enjoys speaking with people, and performs well in a target-driven environment.

• Confidence handling objections and negotiations
• A resilient and consistent approach
• Motivation to earn well
• Experience working towards targets/KPIs
