What you’ll do:
- Lead process improvement & innovation projects
- Champion adoption of legal tech & AI tools
- Act as the go-to expert for cutting-edge solutions
- Deliver training on AI & digital skills
- Work across the firm to embed a culture of continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified solicitor with a passion for innovation & technology
- Experience (or strong interest) in legal tech / process improvement
