Job Description:

NES Fircroft are supporting our client a leading Oil & Gas operator in the search for a Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer to join the team at Wytch Farm, Dorset.

This role focuses on ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of static equipment across a high-hazard oil & gas asset, working closely with key stakeholders and regulatory standards (PSSR, PSR, COMAH).

Key responsibilities:

  • Integrity management of static equipment and pipelines
  • Review/approval of MOC, designs, specs, and vendor documentation
  • Pipeline risk assessments and annual integrity reviews
  • KPI reporting and cathodic protection monitoring
  • Corrosion management, RBI/CUI strategy, and failure investigation

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of UK pressure systems legislation
  • API/EEMUA & CEng (desirable)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • UK driving licence
  • Able to work on site Mon-Fri
