Role: Quality Inspector

Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

I’m currently supporting a well-established automotive and advanced engineering manufacturing business with the appointment of a Quality Inspector to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company specialising in the manufacture of complex, high-precision components and assemblies within a fast-paced engineering environment. The business works across a range of technically demanding industries and is known for maintaining exceptionally high quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out first-off, in-process, and final inspection activities
• Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and specifications
• Supporting quality investigations and non-conformance activities
• Using a range of inspection equipment including CMMs, FARO Arm, laser scanning equipment, and precision measuring tools
• Supporting material traceability and quality documentation processes
• Working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to maintain quality standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a precision engineering or advanced manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of inspection processes and quality standards
• Experience using CMMs, FARO Arm equipment, and precision measurement tools
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
