Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable and long-standing law firm based in Merseyside for an experienced qualified Conveyancer to join their expanding Residential Property team.

Location: Merseyside
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid Working Available
Responsibilities as a Conveyancer:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
- Provide clients with regular updates and maintain excellent levels of client care throughout the process.
- Prepare and review contracts, legal documents, and completion statements.
- Undertake AML checks, compliance procedures, and risk assessments in line with firm policies.
- Maintain accurate file records and ensure all matters are progressed efficiently within deadlines.
