Head of Manufacturing

Reporting to the Executive Director of Commercial and Operations, Head of Manufacturing will lead the establishment and ongoing development of a new UK manufacturing capability for an innovative business operating in the offsite modular housing and timber construction sector. Successful Candidate will be responsible for building a disciplined, scalable and high-performing production environment, ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned to demanding engineering and quality standards.

A key part of the role will be the successful implementation and evolution of an established international manufacturing system, embedding structured processes, repeatability, quality control and operational excellence.
