Summit Rec2Rec is representing a range of clients across London and the UK who are actively looking to hire Graduate Recruitment Consultants. The role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be working a full 360 desk — building and managing client relationships, headhunting and placing candidates, and driving your own billings from day one. You will be trained and developed by experienced consultants, but this is a performance environment and the expectation is clear: you are here to grow, to bill, and to be the best version of yourself professionally.
