• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers as part of the Trim and Final area providing guidance, support, and mentorshi

• p.Develop & implement department strategy for power tooling, working with internal stakeholders and external supplier
• s.Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for Trim and Final operations, ensuring quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules are me
• t.Working Knowledge about PFC,PFMEA, Control Plan and Check sheet along with SOP’s preparation
• s.Working knowledge about EBOM and MBO
• M.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality to optimize product design for manufacturability and resolve any manufacturing issue
• s.Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses & capacity planning to support new product introductions & process improvement
• s.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and qualit
• y.Ensure compliance with safety & regulatory standards, identifying & mitigating potential risks in the manufacturing proces
• s.Evaluate and select equipment, tools, and technologies to optimize production capabilities and improve overall efficienc
• y.Provide technical expertise and support to resolve any manufacturing issues or bottlenecks in Trim and Final operation
• s.Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and collaboration within the manufacturing engineering tea
