We’re partnering with an innovative international product-led business looking for an experienced After Sales Support Executive to join their UK Operations team.

This is far more than a standard customer service role. You’ll play a key part in the customer journey — managing product support, coordinating warranty repairs, building relationships with service partners, and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience across multiple brands.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting customers with after-sales queries and product resolutions

• Managing warranty repairs, collections, and service requests

• Building strong relationships with dealers, service centres, and stakeholders

• Investigating product returns and supporting operational improvements

• Working collaboratively across operations and support teams

• Supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives

• Occasional travel to customer sites across the UK

What we’re looking for:

• Experience within a manufacturing, product-based, or technical environment

• Strong customer support or sales support experience

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• CRM experience and strong Microsoft Office skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
