Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships in the field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong drive for results, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. You will be the face of our company, representing our products and services while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.

Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.

Present and demonstrate our products effectively to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.

Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using IT tools.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and share insights from the field.

Manage your time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines while travelling to client locations.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent time management skills to ensure timely follow-up on leads and client meetings.

Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

A customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients find solutions.

Ability to drive results through effective negotiation tactics and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills to successfully pitch services and close deals
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of Accounting or Financial Services to better understand client needs
  • Organizational and Time Management skills for handling multiple leads and completing tasks efficiently
  • Experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools is advantageous
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • A valid UK driving license is essential for travel within the Rainham area
