Executive Assistant – 13 month maternity cover
£50,000–£55,000 + benefits | London | Hybrid working (4 days in office during probation, moving to 3 days thereafter)
A highly regarded global alternative investment firm is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their collaborative London office on a 13 month maternity cover contract, supporting a small senior team within a fast-paced and high-performing environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who enjoys operating at pace, taking ownership and becoming heavily embedded within a team. The role will suit someone proactive, energetic and commercially minded who enjoys building strong relationships whilst providing seamless support to senior stakeholders.
The position will support four individuals in total, including a highly regarded senior leader who is busy but genuinely delightful to support. Two of the stakeholders require lighter touch support, making this a varied and well-balanced role for someone confident managing changing priorities and building trust quickly.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Extensive international travel coordination and detailed itinerary management
- Organising meetings, offsites and team events
- Expense management and wider administrative support
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting wider team coordination and day-to-day operations
- Preparing documents, presentations and meeting materials
- Managing changing priorities within a fast-moving environment
They are looking for someone who:
- Has Executive Assistant experience within financial services, investment or another fast-paced corporate environment
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Is proactive, energetic and enjoys working at pace
- Is calm under pressure and confident managing multiple priorities
- Communicates professionally and confidently with senior stakeholders
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative and high-performing team
- Takes a hands-on and solutions-focused approach
