This role is ideally suited to a commercially driven and highly networked individual who thrives in relationship-led environments and understands how to engage sophisticated, high-value clients. The successful candidate may come from financial services, private client, luxury, membership, property, hospitality, or other high-end consultative sales environments.

The role

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across high-net-worth and influential private networks
  • Build trusted long-term relationships with successful individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, and senior decision-makers
  • Develop proactive outreach and engagement strategies to drive commercial growth
  • Represent the business at private events, networking functions, and high-level introductions
  • Maintain consistent relationship management with both prospective and existing clients
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support long-term commercial strategy and expansion
  • Contribute to the continued growth of a premium, relationship-driven brand and client offering

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven success within high-value business development, relationship management, or consultative sales environments
  • Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals, senior executives, founders, or private client networks
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels
  • Highly personable, polished, and credible communicator
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and ambition
  • A strong existing network and natural ability to generate introductions and opportunities
  • Comfortable operating within premium, relationship-led environments where discretion and professionalism are essential
  • Financial services experience may be advantageous but is not essential
